ChatGPT’s model picker is back, and it’s complicated

OpenAI launched GPT-5 aiming to simplify ChatGPT with a single model router to pick the best response style automatically. However, user feedback led to the addition of “Auto”, “Fast”, and “Thinking” modes in the model picker, plus the return of older models like GPT-4o, GPT-4.1, and o3 for paid users. Many found GPT-5’s router underwhelming, with some preferring older models’ personalities and styles. The launch faced backlash over model removals, performance concerns, and a more complex model picker. OpenAI now plans to allow greater per-user personality customisation, acknowledging that human attachment to AI models is stronger than expected. READ MORE

Anthropic’s Claude AI model can now handle longer prompts

Anthropic has expanded Claude Sonnet 4’s context window for API customers to 1 million tokens, allowing it to process up to 750,000 words or 75,000 lines of code — five times its previous limit and more than double GPT-5’s 400,000 tokens. The update is aimed at strengthening Claude’s position with enterprise clients, particularly AI coding platforms like GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, and Cursor, in the face of GPT-5’s competitive pricing and performance. The larger context improves Claude’s ability to handle complex, long-duration coding tasks by remembering all prior steps. Anthropic claims it has also increased the “effective context window” so the model can understand most of what it receives, though technical details remain undisclosed. Pricing for inputs over 200,000 tokens will rise to $6 per million input tokens and $22.50 per million output tokens. READ MORE

1️⃣ Define a money-in, money-out ICP

Prompt:
"Act as a growth strategist using $100M Leads principles. If anything is unclear, ask up to 3 quick questions first. Build an Ideal Client Profile for [OFFER] in [NICHE] that has urgent pain and clear spend authority. Return a table with: Segment, Pain with quote, Current spend, Decision maker, Buying trigger, Disqualifiers. Finish with a one sentence ICP summary and a short list of places these buyers already gather online and offline."

2️⃣ Design a Grand Slam Lead Magnet that buyers actually want

Prompt:
“Use the value equation, dream outcome, perceived likelihood, time delay, effort and sacrifice. Propose 5 high value lead magnets for [ICP] that can be delivered within 24 hours. 3️⃣ Angle, hook, offer matrix to flood the top of funnel

Prompt:
"Create an offer matrix for [OFFER] to [ICP]. Generate 6 angles, pain, desire, status, speed, certainty, savings, and for each angle write 3 hooks under 90 characters, 1 promise sentence, 1 proof item in brackets, and a single CTA. 4️⃣ Organic content factory for daily lead flow

Prompt:
"Plan a 14 day content sprint for [PLATFORMS]. Goal is qualified leads, not vanity metrics.
