OpenAI is coming for those sweet enterprise dollars in 2026

OpenAI is reshuffling leadership to get serious about enterprise sales in 2026. It’s brought back Barret Zoph to lead its push into selling AI to large organisations, signalling a clear shift from research-led momentum to revenue-led execution. This move comes as OpenAI loses ground in enterprise usage. Its market share has dropped from 50% in 2023 to 27% by the end of 2025, while Anthropic now leads with around 40%, and Google Gemini continues to steadily grow inside businesses. OpenAI is doubling down on enterprise partnerships, including an expanded multi-year deal with ServiceNow, as leadership openly acknowledges that enterprise growth is the priority for 2026.. Here are 5 reasons why it matters:

  • OpenAI is shifting from product-first to sales-first: Hiring a dedicated enterprise lead is a signal that great models alone are no longer enough. Distribution, procurement cycles, compliance, and long-term contracts now matter more than hype.

  • Enterprise AI is becoming a winner-takes-most market: Anthropic’s jump from 32% to 40% share shows how fast enterprise loyalty can lock in. Once companies standardise on one model, switching costs get real.

  • Google is quietly doing what Google does best: Gemini’s steady enterprise adoption suggests bundling AI into existing enterprise stacks works. This is a warning shot for standalone AI vendors without deep platform integration.

  • OpenAI knows it’s bleeding share and is reacting publicly: Internal concern from Sam Altman and external commentary from Sarah Friar makes this more than a rumour cycle. This is a strategic pivot, not a minor reshuffle.

  • Partnerships will decide the next phase of AI adoption: The ServiceNow deal shows where this is heading. AI models will win inside enterprises through embedded workflows, not standalone chat interfaces.

YouTube will soon let creators make Shorts with their own AI likeness

YouTube is preparing to let creators make Shorts using AI versions of themselves, with CEO Neal Mohan announcing that creators will soon be able to use their own likeness to generate Shorts, alongside AI-powered games, music, clips, stickers, and auto-dubbing. Shorts now average around 200 billion daily views, making this a major move in how content is produced at scale. YouTube says AI is meant to expand creative expression, not replace creators, and will roll out new controls so creators can manage how their likeness is used. At the same time, the platform is tightening safeguards against misuse and low-quality AI content, building on existing likeness-detection tools that help creators identify and remove unauthorised AI-generated videos, while also expanding Shorts formats to include image posts to better compete with TikTok and Instagram Reels. Tutorial: How to create this Paper Origami Portrait with Nano Banana PRO🍌

Step 1: Step 1. Open Gemini - Nano-Banana PRO 🍌

Step 2. Upload Your Image

Step 3. Paste this Prompt and make it yours

Create a realistic, artistic scene where the reference person is physically creating a paper original version of himself. The reference person is seated at a wooden desk in a softly lit studio. In front of him is a large sheet of textured white paper laid flat. He is carefully drawing, cutting, and shaping a paper figure that clearly resembles himself. The paper version is half-finished, with visible pencil outlines, folded edges, and cut details that mirror the reference person’s facial features, hairstyle, and posture. The real person is holding a precision craft knife in one hand and a pencil in the other, focused and calm, as if refining the final details. The paper figure is emerging from the page in subtle 3D layers, giving the impression that he is creating himself from the paper. On the desk are scattered tools: graphite pencils, eraser dust, small paper offcuts, and a metal ruler. The environment feels quiet, intentional, and creative. Lighting is soft and directional from the side, creating gentle shadows that emphasise the depth of the paper layers and the realism of the hands. Background is minimal and neutral to keep attention on the act of self-creation. Style is photorealistic with an artistic edge, shallow depth of field, high detail on hands, paper texture, and facial expression.
Mood is introspective, confident, and symbolic.
Aspect ratio: 9:16
Ultra-high resolution, cinematic realism.

Enjoy!
