OpenAI upgrades ChatGPT search with shopping features
OpenAI has upgraded ChatGPT’s search feature to improve the online shopping experience. Users can now search for products and receive recommendations, images, reviews, and direct purchase links. This feature, rolled out in GPT-4o, is available to both free and premium users globally. OpenAI aims to provide a more personalised shopping experience, offering product details based on structured metadata (pricing, descriptions, reviews). It also plans to integrate memory features for more tailored suggestions, though this will not be available in certain countries. Meta launches a stand-alone AI app to compete with ChatGPT
Meta has launched a standalone AI app, designed to compete with tools like ChatGPT. This app, introduced at Meta’s LlamaCon event, allows users to access Meta AI directly, drawing on data from their interactions with Meta products like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
The app offers personalised responses based on users' profiles, preferences, and past activities, making it unique in its ability to leverage years of data. Initially available in the U.S. and Canada, users can also provide additional details (e.g., dietary preferences) for the AI to remember for future interactions. A "Discover" feed allows users to share their AI experiences with friends, although they can choose to keep their interactions private. 1️⃣ Fear of Rejection
Prompt:
“Act as a closing coach. Ask me a few quick questions about my sales role, product, and sales style. Then help me overcome my personal fear of rejection when asking for the sale, using mindset shifts, language adjustments, and soft-close techniques tailored to my situation.”
2️⃣ Lack of Confidence
Prompt:
“I struggle with confidence when closing. Start by asking about my product, target audience, and typical objections. Then give me a rewritten version of my usual close that sounds more confident, plus specific coaching based on where my hesitation shows up most.”
3️⃣ Talking Too Much, Listening Too Little
Prompt:
